Need help on I 485 pedning Visitor Visa

Hello friends,

Planning to call my Parents to visit US, what do I need to specify in the I 134 form? Do I need to specify the A Number in the Perm

My H1 is expired, working on EAD.

If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States, give "A" number

Can I use this?

Yes you can use the A#. I also did it recently for my parents and they accept it.

May use A#, BUT

You can use the A# but, you will not be a permanent resident until you get your green card. So writing A# in that line is not useful. I think you need not fill in those lines. Just attach a copy of the EAD and I-485 reciept notice and that should be sufficient.

looks like they have all the info they need just from your name. my father said the officer just entered my name into his computer and he saw my photo in the computer ... can you believe that after experiencing the mess here at TSC?
