Also my previous job was on salary while this project will be on hourly bases, does it make any probelm?

It should not be a problem. Since you are laid off it is not your fault. If some ask you after 5 Years /10 years you can say i used AC-21 to find the job after laYoff

Salary vs Hourly

Regarding salary vs hourly- this does not matter- provided the job is permanent and similar. Permanent means - no end date and also it at least must be W-2 and not 1099.

Thanks sb_tiger

Could you please answers these.

1)Is there a dead line for to stamp the passport after you get the approval?

2) What If I go for stamping the PP before starting this new project?

Thanks again.

I don't know hay you are asking stamping questions- as you are not yet approved.
I don't know what the timelines are- as I have not gotten approved yet. I would easily assume you would have sufficient time. And as it would be in your interest- you would do it ASAP.
So if and when you get approved get stamped and have fun- there is nothing like before or after new job.
