Need help on form G-325A

1) What does it mean by "native alphabet"? For my understanding, if I'm a Korean, I should write my name in Korean here, right?

2)I found a fillable form (pdf) on the internet, everything is fine but when I check the box regarding application as "status as permanent resident" it always goes back to "natuallization". Am I wrong?

3)Should I send back the forms to the address stated at the top right corner of the letter? The address is as follows:

U.S.Department of Homeland Security
P.O.Box 82521
Lincoln,NE 68501-2521

It seems nobody wants to help me. As I'm going to send the forms to USCIS today, please help me urgently! Your comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

AND IF THE SYSTEM IS GIVING YOU TROUBLE JUST FILL THOSE PARTS BY HAND IT IS NOT A PROBLEM
