Need Help on Employment letter

Hi guys,

I need your help on the employment letter.

1. My first page of the employment letter has

- Case number
- Category
- Name

<Job title/how much i make> etc..
<job duties>

Second page also contains on the beginning

- Case number
- Category
- Name

< I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of US that forgoing is true and correct >

and there is a notary signature in the second page

Question: Is this correct ?? or do i need to get something different??


2. I have a notary seal and signature on the second page of my employment letter. But some of them were mentioning that we need to have some kind of stamp etc., I guess is there any special notorization required or is it a general notorization which u see in most of the documents.

Try searching for other threads in this forum.For eg Employment Letter Format by cpsept19.

The employment letter should basically contain an offer to employ u on a permanent basis on approval of your permanent status.It should also contain your salary(one that is mentioned on labor certification),your job title and summary of duties you would be performing

There is no special notarization.It is just the regular notarization.
