Need help on EB11/NIW

I would appreciate if you could help me with the following:

1. I am filing an NIW case myself. Do I need to also include
ETA-750B in the application?

2. Can I also petition for I485 without getting I140 approved?

another quick question

1. on form I-140 what does A# refer to?
2. If I were to apply for 485, will I be able to go out of
the country while it is pending? (I had also applied for the
extension of my H1b)
