I have applied for my 3rd EAD on Oct 28th, I still dont have any reply from USICS. My current EAD expires 31st Jan 2004. If I dont get my EAD approval can I work or should I stop working until I get my new EAD. Please help.

Speak to your HR if they can allow to work while you take a leave and pay later on ??
You would be eligible for interim EAD at the local office once 90 days are past from your filing date. Go to your local INS office and you might get EAD on the same day itself.
Apart from this you dont have much options other than file for H-1 visa.
