Need Help on EAD renewal

Hi every body

I sent my wife\'s EAD card renewal (first EAD expired on 11/08/2001) to the VSC according to my attorney\'s advice. following are the details

RD 10/09/2001
ND 10/19/2001

Still waiting. Now my wife got a job offer and they want her to join pretty soon. What are my options at this point????

Any suggestions appreciated.
