Need HELP on Denial please advise ...

I had applied H1/H4 ext couple of year ago but in the mean time I got my i140 approved and have EAD/AP andpending 1485. Now I got my H1/H4 denied don't know reason yet ...(got H4 for my spouce says it is denied due to H1 is denied and staying over 30 days will make you illegal here in US) So What should I do ???
Please advices
 
Do you and your wife filed the I485. If you are pending I485, you are legally stay in US until the decision is made.

Technically if you filed I-485 while your H1 expired and extension was pending and now it's denied - you were out-of-status at the moment of filing I-485. It could be a reason to deny I-485. Consult good lawyer.
