Need help on changing company with in a company

Hi Friends,
I need urgent advice.
My current employer wants me to use my EAD and work for a his other company(our company has three different companiesand works under one management).
I am way past 180 days with I-140 approved and FP done 04/23/05
I am currently working on H1-B and it will expire by end of May and i am still in my 5th year H1.He does not want to apply extension.
Will this be considered a case of AC21.
I have my approvals of labor and I-140.
Also what should be the salary requirements.
Any advice is helpful in this matter.

Each company will be treated as different entities.....
You need AC-21....that is for sure to my knowledge

This is AC-21 as each company has different name and is a different legal entity (no matter who runs it). You should look for the same title, same / similar job description and same (similar or more) salary and should apply for AC-21.
