Need help on approval notice

I got the approval notice last Friday. It said I need to go local INS office for stamping (San Antonio, TX), but it didn\'t give specific time.

Does anyone have the phone no. of this INS local office (8940 Fourwinds drive,San Antonio), or do I really need to make an appointment ?
My lawyer is out of town now, can I use this copied notice for stamping ?

The courtesy copies are fine in fact they prefer courtesy copies because it has your address where the card should be sent. I havent seen any posting here , where it says you need an appointmenmt, but again I may not have seen every posting here neither. Each INS office is a little different than the other, so it never hurts to check.
