Sorry guys but I have nowhere to go with these questions. Getting answers of these questions would really be helpful.

I am searching for a lender for my new home mortgage, please guide me on finding the lender.

· What is the best way to find the lender?

· Please provide some names in NJ and about the quality of their service.

· I won't be getting the possession until April 2004, so I am really worried about locking the rates in this situation.

we went with http://www.affinityfcu.org

they are a credit union and have good rates.

Also, an online bank ING Direct has pretty good rates - get a rate lock quick as they are on their way up again!
