Need Help New H1 Transfer

Hello All the gurus,
I have my h1 stamped thru cmpy A, i am still in india and will be travelling to USA in Apr, But a big indian cmpy is offering me a job in USA, now my question is, I would like to travel thru cmpy A to USA then

1: Do I need to work for cmpy A for few month before I start working for cmpy B or cmpy B can file for my h1 transfer as soon as i am in usa hence I don't need to go to cmpy A.

2: I heard that for h1 transfer I need to have some pay slips from USA employer.

3: What is the best advice you guys can give.

H1 Transfer

Best thing to do is travel on company A visa to US, Work for company A for 11/2 to 2 months collect 2-3 paystub from company A. Then you can transfer your H1 visa to New company on that basis bcoz you require existing H1 petition and 2-3 paystub for your H1 visa transfer.
