Gurus i need help!
I have pending AOS application on approved I-140 EB2 Category non-retrogressed country. Last month i called USCIS in nebraska and they told me they are waiting visa availability. After further information, the person said that in their system, they had me categorized as EB3 not EB2. However, the approval paper i had in the I-140 clearly says i'm approved as EB2. What should I do now? I have infopass scheduled on Tuesday. Hoping i can get this cleared with them. My lawyer has also sent them a request for correction but a month has passed now and nothing still happened.
Please Help me.
