Company-A filed Labor for me as 'Software Engineer' . I got my labor & I-140 approved and my I-485 is pending. I changed my job to Company-B six months ago. While Joining company-B , I insisted on same job title and description in the offer letter and they gave it as I wanted and filed by H1 transfer. I got my H1 approval and I found that they have applied my LCA as 'Programmer Analyst'. The reason the immigration dept. gave was as that they don't file anymore LCA's as Software Engineer as the software engineer salaries are very less.
Now I am in 6th year of H1 and want to apply for H1 extn and also file AC-21. Now they are going to file 7th year H1 extn. as 'Programmer Analyst' . Would this affect my H1 approval or my GC?
