Hey All,
My sister came to US on an K3 Visa(her I-130 is still pending with INS) valid for 2 years. Now her in-laws are applying for work authorization(I-765) and adjustment of status(I-485). I have some questions;
1. Does she need to file for I-485 if she has already filed I-130? I think they both are adjustment of status.
2. If they file for I-765 and I-485, will she need advanced parole or any other document to travel outside the United States?
Any replies would be much appreciated.
