Hello ALL,
I am a software professional . My GC Processing started by company A in EB2 category in Illinois states/ Nebraska Service Center in February 2003.
In June 2003 Illinois state has sent a query/RFE that I am getting paid $x per year whereas I should get paid $Y . $Y > $x. So my company has responded saying that they will pay me $y by the time my GC gets processed, atleast that is what I understood from what my lawyer has told me. Then my labor got approved and I have applied for my I-140 and I-485 simultaneously with a receive date October of 1st 2003 at NSC. My I-140 got approved. Now I switched to company B with an annual salary of $z = ($y - 1000).
So my first question is : Is there is a possibility of getting an RFE That my pay is $1000 lesser then stated in my labor.
And my second question is : Now I might have this situation that I have to go to India and for a while work remotely on the same project , how would that effect my Green Card processing.
I am very confused. I will really appreciate your help in answering these questions for me.
Thank you very much in advance for your time and help.
