Need help in applying for I-485

Hi all, I just got my I-140 approved and I will be applying for I-485, EAD, AP myself. Employer will provide only the necessary letter. I am applying for both myself (H-1B) and for my wife (H4). Can someone give me a detailed check list of things that must be done when applying for I-485, EAD and AP? I searched the forums but could not get any specific information. I would appreciate if you can give me some pointers on where I can get this information. Thanks in Advance Crouching Tiger
