Hi ,
I have joined new company 6 month back. While joining I was told that the Company will use old labor of Oct 2003 for me.
But till now Company have not communicated to me about Labor filing. When asked they told me that my name is sent for the replacement but I was not given any Case Number.
My questions are:
How do I verify whether my name was used for the Old Labor? If I get Case Number can I know the details? What are various options to find out whether my Employer have used old labor for me?
If I come to know that they have not filed it then I may Switch Job and file using Perm Process...
I need your help Guys in coming to that decision...
