I was working for employer A and the project was ending on Aug 30th. But, I got two new job offers- from employer-B (temporary one) (Aug15th) and later employer-C (Aug25th). Both employer-B and employer-C filed for my h1b visa and I got my employer-B petition approved. I started to work for employer-B and my permanent job with employer-C is still pending and the h1b petition is under review. Now, employer-C wants me to join on september 20th, but my h1b petition for that company is still under review. I don`t work with employer-A, and I `m working for employer-B for the past one week...so can I quit employer-B and join employer-C on september 20th, irrespective of the fact that my petition with employer-C is still under review? Kindly help me with my situation.
