Here is my situation.
Came to US in Nov 2001 on H4
Applied for H1 and got approval from Sep 2003 - Jun 2004
Applied for H4 - H1 transfer
two days after I applied for H4 - H1 transfer I filed for another H1 as I got a job and got approval from July 2004 - feb 2006
And I got compnay transfer on Feb 2006 and Got approval till dec 2007.
I am continously working from July 2004 - Till now.
But I never worked on my H1 first period . And so my 2004 W2 will show less amount.
Will they raise a questions about my 2004 W2 and ask about 2003 W2 ?
In that Case what should I say ? Is it wise to go now as i don't have paystub for 10 months intially
Please if anyone had same situation and got stamped , I would appreciate if you could share your experience.
