Need help!! H1B, 6th year expiring on Jan 26th

H1B, 6th year expiring on Jan 26th. By which date I need to send the application to USCIS so it gets processed for extension.

I am wondering if:
1.Extension Application delivery to USCIS is on Jan 26th
2. But USCIS sends a receipt date of lets's say Jan 28th
a) Will they consider my appication?
b) What will happen to my status?

Why are you worried about it when you still have a chance to send out a next day Express Mail on January 22, 23 or 24?
