Friends, Please advice/guide me based on the following situation.
My Case is H1 7th year revalidation. I changed my employer (H1 to H1) one year back and got the 7th year extention thru my current empoyer based on 365 days labor pending case. I still have my visa stamping valid till July 2005 but it was on my previous employer name. I have maintained the continuos legal status for all 6 years without any issues.
I am planning to get revalidation done in Ottawa this month end or first week of June. Also planning for H4 revalidation for My wife and Kid along with me. In case if they have denied the visa , can I come back to US on my exisiting visa (stamped on previous employer name) which is valid till July'05?
Do they cancel the existing visa in case if they deny the new visa?
Any suggetions or tips on consular questions?
