Need help - Going to apply H1b Revalidation but will be moving to another address

Hello,

I am going to apply for H1b Revalidation in another week. As per the current processing time it takes about 10-12 weeks. But I will be moving to another location i.e. within the same city during middle of December 2003. Lets say I apply on 1st October 2003 10-12 weeks is end of December 2003. So I would be living in the present address. Can I put my friend's address in my courier bill?

Please advice.
