Hi,
I need some information regarding PR. I live in California and I just went to Canada two weeks back for landing purposes. I came back after applying for SIN and PR. Now, I have received a call from my relative that he has received both of them. I am wondering if I should ask him to FedEx my PR to me here in US so I can return to Canada. Can I legally do that? Someone told me that they ask you to swipe the card every time you enter or leave Canada so they can keep track of your visits. Is that true? My landing papers are not valid for travel. Should I apply for a returning resident permit here and go back to Canada to collect it or is FedEx ok in my case?
