Need Help from Gurus..

I got the RFE on my 485 about my birth certificate..

They are asking this things ..

Hospital records that show name of child and name of both parents;
Medical records that show name of child and name of both parents;
School records that show name of child and name of both parents;
Census records that show name of child and name of both parents;

I don't have this information...

my lawyer is saying that....i need provide this information...

How to answers this RFE..?

Hi Roshan18,

I had a similar problem and instead of birth certificate, you can provide an affidavit duly signed by both parents duly attested by the court where you were born.

Please consult with your attorney as this is acceptable in place of a birth certificate.
