I got a RFE request, because some of my reference letters only specified "Month/year", not "month/day/year". Also some didn't specify "working hours per week".
I applied as EB2 (bachelor + 5 years work experience).
Now I met several problems.
1. I found my attorney put the wrong date (month, year are correct, day is incorrect) for my work experience history in ETA9089 (labor certificate). Now the date on some my reference letters are different. If immigration officers don’t accept those reference letters with different date, I will not have enough 5 years experience.
What can I do?
2. Two of my previous companies closed down already. I can’t find anybody to re-write the letter.
But for one company, I found the offer letter on which it states working hours per day (8:30 am ~ 18:00 pm),
and annual vacation day. I think this can prove this job is full time job.
Anthoer company I found one reference letter, which is used for other purpose, but it mentions
my working start date and this is a full time job. Also I found my lay-off letter it mentions my last working date.
Could I use these kinds of documents as supplement for my already submitted reference letter?
