Hi, nice to meet you all here.
I am applying for my J1 waiver now. There are some questions need help:
1). In Feb, 2006, I was assigned to USA to work on joint-develop project by Singapore company. But I couldn't get L1 visa since I worked in that company less than 1 year. So I got J1 visa base on AIPT training program. Now I am subject to 2 years rule for home country(China). Can I apply for waiver base on "no objection"?
2). Now my wife just get her DS-2019 form. She will go to US embassy for visa interview on Feb 8th. But tomorrow I will apply for case number online. Should my application include my wife?
3). If my application doesn't include my wife, when I receive a favorable recommendation, will she be included?
Any reply will be appreciated.
