Hi,
I have a problem and need help from experts!!!!!!!!
I am on H1 status nationality from India and my current employer filed for my GC process.
I got approval for my Labor (EB2) and applied for I-140 on premium processing at Nebraska Service Center
Now got RFE on the experience letter that I submitted during my filing.
My experience letters from previous employer doesn't contains exact dates of work, it shows only starting month/year and ending month/year.
Now they are requesting me to get these letters with exact dates of work from previous employer. But now that employer is not willing to give me the letter as requested.
So what should be the solution for my situation???? I have evidence of letter from my client (he is not my direct employer) that I worked at their location through my company's name on their letter. Will it be acceptable to INS??
Also I can get notarized affidavits from my colleagues, this is another recommendation that I heard from different sources. I am not sure whether it is true or not??
So, can anyone guide me for further steps to answer RFE???
At this point of time, I can think about client's letter and affidavit from colleagues....
