Need help for FP??? RD 7/18/01 vsc/NJ no FP yet ??

I found from iio that becuase of computer problem at INS(VSC) FP notice was not mailed. After giving request for resending new notice 3 months before. I haven\'t got any FP notice till now ???/ What to do ??/I talked with iio lots of time but no progress ???Any one in same boat there (FP date was nearly Dec\'29 at NJ ??)

Ask VSC to give you the earliest FP date. VSC will receive FP from FBI 3-4 days from then and resume

RD 7/20, ND 9/06, waiting FP, New York - EB2

I talked to an officer two days ago, and was asked to wait for another 30 days to get my FP notice. I really do not know what I need to do now. I have called them for 3 times since in one month.

I am in the same boat guys

I have RD July 19 and no information about my FP yet and I am very frustrated when I see lots of July approvals coming in everyday.I asked my lawyer and he says that technically we cannot send any inquiry for FP until 365-540 days have expired.So we can actually become 485 veterans and lets enjoy vicariously with others approvals.

i called IIO lots of time but they r not giving any FP date soon???

Thanks for your response. But i called VSC 6 times in 2.5 months and they r not giving any earliy date. They say it will move by its own speed for FP means it can take next 4-6 months also ??// What to do now ????
Other guys, u check with INS that your FP is not stuck in computer problem because people who filed in second week of july have this problem....
