Need help for featue employment case...

Hello friends,

I need your help and opinion for my options.
I just got my I485 approved and it was the feature employment case with company A. I just got new full time permanent job with a new company B.
My question is do I need to join company A?
How much time I have to do this?
Is there any problem if I continue with company B and not join A?

Officially, there is no rule that prevents one to join new company once he or she gets GC. There are lot of threads on this issue and also lot of recommendations in various sites like Murthy.com etc. They say that it is better to wait for atleast 6 to 12 months to switch to new jobs unless you are laid off or fired. So it is purley a personal decision.
