need help for applying H4 with L1

Hi team,

I am having L1-B Visa. But i am not having project to work from USA.

I need to join my spouce where she is in USA on H1-B.

Is there any way... so i can travel on H4 visa without My L1-B gets cancelled..

So in next 1-2 months, if i get project, i can travel on L1-B again.
