Good Day
This is Manish from India.well my question is that my wife is in U.S .And when we got married she was having Green card therefore she had applied on green card bases from U.S for me to get visa for U.S.Well but recently she got U.S citizenship and now she is coming to India and wan't to make file assess from India cause she heard that if she applies from India then it takes near around 6 months to get visa and if she transfer that file in us then it takes near around 1 year to get visa for U.S.Therefore if she again apply from India then should she has to cancell that application file from U.S on green card bases or is it possible to convert that file in india and after that how much time it will take or is there anyother way.And what are the form she has to fill for this process.Anticipating a favourable responce from members.
