Need help for a NIW under EB-2

I am currently working as a Professor in India. My field is Electronics & Communications ENgineering. I have published 10 papers in reputed journals. I got hold off Ellis Porter attorney and they are telling me that I am 95% guranteed to get the NIW from India. I am not sure if I can trust them. They are asking for 7.5K in fees. Has anyone used them? Any suggestions for any other reputable attorneys in India or USA who can help me out
