Hi

I applied to remove condition in dec. 2007 in VSC.

My question is I moved out from old house to my new house in may 2007.
I change my address online using AR11.

But I forget to change my wife address to fill I 865 Because he sponsered me to get the GC and i didn't know that to fill the I 865 for her . Did this will effect in my case or i will send me now her new address to fill I 865.

Since you filed a change of address using form AR-11, it also indicates that your wife's address has changed since you are still married and residing at the same address.

If you need to set your mind at rest, you can file Form I-865 as soon as possible, I do not think you will be penalized, since the Sponsor, the USC, is also your wife and you are still married.
