need help for 2nd fingerprint

Hello:

I filed 485 to Nebraska on August 2002 and did my 1st fingerprint on Sept 2002. Since that i didn't receive anything from Nebraska. I got my 3rd EAD approved and 3rd AP is in process.

Would you mind tell me what I can do since my fingerprints are over 24 months old?

I did call Customer service and was informed that they cannot do anything since the official date for EB-2 processing in Nebraska on immigration web side is Feb, 2002.

you can try contacting ur state senator and have them ,ake an inquiry on ur record on ur behalf. They will do that with in a week and it does sometime help speeding or atleast issuance of FP2 in ur case.
