Filed FOIA request anticipating possible job change under AC21. Now the new job offer is no longer an option, however due to FOIA, I guess(???)the pending EAD renewal application got stuck since the files got moved to FOIA Dept.
The FOIA request has a RD of last week and the 90-day wait for iEAD is one month away...
1. Will my withdrawal of the FOIA expedite my pending EAD application (since I no longer need the FOIA documents anyway). If so, how do I file a withdrawal? Didn't find any info on USCIS website for this...
2. If the EAD doesn't get approved for some time due to the FOIA process,Can the pending FOIA be a problem getting the iEAD?
