Need help filling in i-131 for re-entry permit

Hi guys, I'll apply for re-entry permit. I'm a AS6 greencard holder. I need several help filling in I-131

1. For category, should I put asylee or AS6?

2. I'm applying re-entry permit instead of RTD since re-entry permit is valid for 2 years vs 1 year RTD. However, Do I need to fill out part 6 (the RTD sections), which ask country I'm refugee for and "do you plan to travel to COP" bla bla bla?

The reason I ask, I don't want my application to be denied because I don't fill the RTD section since they consider me as an asylee eventhough I applied for re-entry permit.Thank's for your respond guys.

Hi RYCeT.

For your first question are you talking about 3. Class of Admission in the application form if yes the answer should be Permanent Resident.
Your second question you shouldn’t fill out part 6 if you will apply for RP only

Part 6. Complete only if applying for a refugee travel document.
I did the same thing when I had filled out my application for RP in April 2008.
