need help filing H1transfer

i don't know where to go to get started, I found an online form, but someone told me that online transfer filings were no longer allowed online. does anyone have somewhere they can direct me that will walk me through the process? Thank you.

Hire an attorney and apply for transfer. There a lot of things which needs to be considered before you apply for the transfer. So its better to have an attorney to do this than do it yourself.
