I am very thankful to you for viewing my post.
In 2001 I went to visit my friend at his liquor store. As he is busy I was helping him. All of a sudden 2 people came to me and said they are from police department and give a citetion saying "I was selling liquor (budweiser beer) to minor". I payed the ticket in the court and the status is paid off.
Now my question is How to respond to the questions in N-400?

Question 17:
Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense? (Yes or No)
Question 18:
Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense? (Yes or No)
