If we send the documents for AC140 with I-824 receipt and consulate creates the case, what does it say on NVC AVM when we enter our I-140 number? Do we get any info from NVC AVM before the I-824 approval but after the consulate creates the case? I mean does the consulate that created the case transfer the info. to NVC about the case creation?
