I got the approval and passport has been stamped. Now I want to join the client itself. But in 1997, when I joined my company in my offer letter there is one clause saying I cannot join the client without the permission of my company within one year of leaving my company.
Is this going to stop me in joining the client ?? Any advise on this ??
