Hi, I want to change my job from within California to outside California. My I140 and I485 were concurrently filed, and my I140 was approved on 2/6/2003.
1. Can I use AC21 to change job to another state after 8/6/2003? 2. If 1 is yes, will my I485 process be moved to another service center (assume the state I am moving to uses a different service center) and will this move have any adverse effects?
3. If my I485 will still be processed at California Service Center, when I receive RFE and reply that I moved to another state, what adverse effect will it have on my I485 application (delay, or be moved to the service center in the other state)?
