Need Help-- Case transferred From Chennai to NSC

RD 05/04/01, ND 05/25/01, 2nd EAD 07/15/02
FP'S done twice one in August and the other one in December of 2001.
This case was applied for AOS, not for CP.

Help me out.. I was reading earlier posts regarding cases transferred over to Chennai Office in India..

My case is delayed for at least for three months.. Then thought that I can send an email with my case details to Chennai Office..

I did send that email yesterday and also got a reply this morning .. they are very promptly in responding..

Yes it was transferred to Chennai Office and also sent back to NSC office ..Here is what I got from Chennai Office

"This file was transferred back to the INS-NSC under registration no 4852883 on 6-26-2002

Please input your comments and suggestions.. what this means is.. My I-140 connection has been made? But when My attorney contacted early July they mentioned that they are waiting for I-140 ORIGINALLY INKED approval.. It seems like they got it back from Chennai Office.

Also, when I called last friday, the IIO mentined that it will assign soon to the officer.
