I AM STUCK IN THE CONSULATE WITH THIS QUESTION. I NEED TO ASK MY EMPLOYER TO ANSWER.

PLEASE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION, SO THAT I CAN CUT AND PASTE TO MY EMPLOYER. I AM POSITIVE ATLEAST ONE PERSON WILL HAVE AN ANSWER, ANSWERED BY AN ATTORNEY. i know this forum is more informed than an immigrantion attorney.

Question:

a complete statement from the petitioning employer expalining how and why H/L worker's position has been kept vacant since the time the job was offered.
