I have an appointment for stamping on March 1st. From the Posts here i saw that most of the cases have to go thru a background check. Can you guys let me know what kind of info we need to provide for the background check(example like address for the last 5 years)etc.

Never heard of background check just for stamping. I just got my passport stamped two weeks ago, and all I did was take the approval notice, passport and I94s/EADs/APs to them.
