Need Help Any Newark Stamping Exp...

Hello
I have an appointment for stamping on March 1st. From the Posts here i saw that most of the cases have to go thru a background check. Can you guys let me know what kind of info we need to provide for the background check(example like address for the last 5 years)etc.

All you need is the following

You do not need anything for background check. They have all your info. All you need is:
1. Your Drivers License.
2. I-485 Approval petition for all your family members.
3. I-551 (They give this to you with a wait token stapled) for everyone in the family.
4. 2 passport size photographs for each one of your family.
5. Any AP's you and your famliy has.
6. Lastly your passport.

That is all. If you have these you will get your PS.

We do not come to know of what they do inside neither do they tell us.Having too much curiosity there can lead to raised eyebrows and I think after so much wait you do not want any more delays just because you asked.

One more background check even after getting your 485 approved leads us to believe that is may be for the period between last background check done by USCIS till present. We can only speculate.

One last thing i would add is any EAD's (current or expired) needs to be carried

dont bother abt background check ..... unless you have something to be worried abt
