Some of the forum member probably remember me that I just recently got Green Card through Marriage.

Well, I am planning to go to Nepal for Dashain (festival) for about a month. I am taking my wife and daughter with me. I was thinking to let my daughter stay with grandparent for about 6 months before she start school here on next year. Can I travel or take her on one way ticket for her and return ticket for me and my wife?

PS. My wife and daughter are US born Citizen.

They are US citizens so they can do whatever they want regarding tickets to enter the US.

Your ticket is the one that might matter to the US As a green card holder you should avoid entering the US with a return ticket that has the return leg going outside the US; you should enter with a one-way ticket, or a return ticket that ends up inside the US. But if your trips are not very long, it is unlikely they will care about your ticket.

Now if you are asking about how Nepal will view their tickets, that's not really a question for this forum.

Thank you Jack. I was trying to find out, if they will let her fly with one way ticket since she is only 4 yrs old.

You mean if the airline will let her fly into Nepal with a one-way ticket? Probably not, unless she is a citizen of Nepal or has some kind of visa that would let her stay there for a long time (like over a year).
