I'm preparing I-485. which G-325 form should I use? Is it G-325A ( 4 copies with different marks at the left bottom)?

Yes, for I-485 use G-325A (4 copies). Fill it online using Adobe Reader, so when you fill the first page it will automatically fill the other 3 pages with the same information, which is very convenient.
