Let me explain my case.
I have OPT(through F1) valid till August 04 and Have the H1 approval with start date as Sept 04.
I am planning to go to india in june/july 04 for two three weeks and take my stamping of H1 while i am in india.
1) Is there any problem in that?
2) When I am coming back, what is my status?(since i have valid stamping for F1 and H1 both), I assume its F1, since my H1 start date is later
3) will it create any problem at port of entry (due to two stamping)
4) If i plan to go to canada and take stamping for my H1 in summer,What do you recommend?
5) If my H1 stamping gets refused or they call me after 2-3 months, can i still come back on my F1(since thats my current status)
6) coming back on OPT when i have only 1-2 months left, is it problematic?
I will really appreciate input/help on this.
