Need Help – 485 is pending and Police Case.

We are living in 3rd floor apartment and we have 2 years old son. Sometime he runs and plays with his big brother. When he is sick, he sometimes wakes up in the night and cries. My neighbor who lives in 2nd floor complained about it. We are trying to control our 2nd year old son as much as possible.

Apparently our neighbors are not cooperating and they said they will call local police.

In this kind of situation, do police arrest parents?

Because of this police report, our 485 will be denied?

Please help us how to handle this?

You don't have to worry in this case.
First, even if they complain police, police can't do any thing. As controlling child from crying is not in your hand.

Second, police case it self doesn't hurt to pending I 485. If some one prove guilty and charge is more than 6 months of jail or probation, I 485 may have problem.
